Start with representative content
Knowledge Intelligence works best when published articles have clear titles, categories, owners, and review dates. Analyse a manageable category rather than the whole workspace at once.
Open Content Manager → Knowledge Map. Choose the knowledgebase you want to inspect.
Inspect the latest analysis date and scope. If Update available appears, refresh the analysis before making decisions; this may use AI credits.
Use Explore knowledge to inspect knowledge areas, articles, journeys, and their relationships. Select a card to inspect its details and evidence.
Open Review improvements to inspect coverage gaps, possible overlap, and opportunities. Read the evidence, proposal, warnings, and confidence before acting.
Accept, edit and accept, dismiss, or save it for later.
Create a grounded improvement draft from approved sources when content work is needed.
Use Reader signals alongside stored findings to prioritise structural and missing-content work. Map positions can be rearranged in your browser; Reset layout restores their arrangement.
Beetl recommends; your content team decides. Confidence and urgency support prioritisation but do not make a proposal automatically correct or publish a change.
A useful review leaves a decision
Accept, edit, defer, or dismiss each reviewed finding with enough context that the next person can understand why. Generated suggestions remain drafts until a person publishes them.
