Set accountability
Choose the member responsible for accuracy, add a small set of useful tags, and schedule reviews where information can change. A scheduled review is maintenance; an optional pre-publication review is an editorial choice.
Use version history
Editing published content changes the working copy while the latest published version remains visible until the update is published.
Compare versions before a substantial update.
Restore an earlier version into a new draft when a change must be reversed.
Editors can publish the corrected version directly.
Archive and delete carefully
Archive content before permanent deletion. Beetl prevents deletion while protected learning content still references the article. Check every selected item before bulk moves or deletion.
