The authoring workspace
Home shows creation shortcuts, priorities, and workspace activity. Content Manager → Assigned to me brings together drafts, reviews, and assigned editorial work.
Content Manager is where you browse and organise articles, categories, knowledgebases, and Guided Journeys.
Learning Studio contains Guided Journeys, assessments, forms, evidence tools, and delivery workflows.
Content Manager → Files stores reusable images, documents, and learning assets.
Insights and Settings are available to Owners and Admins.
Switch experiences
Open the profile menu and use Switch experience to move between the Admin, Editor, and Reader surfaces available to your role. Switching changes the product surface; it does not change your permissions.
Search from anywhere
Use workspace command search to find destinations, knowledgebases, categories, articles, and Guided Journeys. Recent and favourite items make repeated work faster.
