Before you start
Open Learning in the Reader Portal and choose a journey matching your role or outcome. Sign in when Beetl needs to save progress, complete assigned learning, or record formal activities.
Review the outcome, expected time, audience, and prerequisites.
Open the first required step and read the exact published article version included.
Complete any assessment, form, evidence request, signature, acknowledgement, or SCORM activity.
Mark required article steps complete in order.
Use optional steps for depth; they do not block completion unless stated.
Return later to continue from the next incomplete required step.
If progress is blocked, confirm you are signed in with the assigned account and prerequisite steps are complete. Contact the workspace Admin with the journey title and step name when needed.
