Check the account

• Confirm you are using the email address that received the invitation.

• Use password recovery if the account cannot sign in.

• Ask an Admin to confirm the invitation was accepted and membership remains active.

Check workspace access

• A private knowledgebase requires an eligible signed-in membership.

• A scoped Reader must be granted the knowledgebase or specific article needed.

• Editors open the authoring workspace; Readers are directed to the Reader experience.

Beetl intentionally uses a generic not-found response for missing, private, cross-workspace, and inaccessible Reader content. This prevents disclosure of another customer's private content.
