Choose the content space
Open Content Manager and select a knowledgebase, category, status, or content type to narrow the list. Editors manage articles, categories, and Guided Journeys; Owners and Admins can also manage knowledgebases.
Work efficiently
Use search for titles, summaries, tags, and known content names.
Use Assigned to me to focus on your editorial responsibility.
Open Content Manager → Assigned to me for drafts, requested reviews, and due items. Home also highlights your next actions.
Use bulk actions only after checking the selected knowledgebase and status.
Use New to start an article, category, knowledgebase, Guided Journey, learning tool, rollout, import, or assisted draft. Beetl shows only tools your role may use.
Reset a confusing view
Return to All content, clear the search box, and set status and owner filters back to All. The content tree remains the source of truth for where an item lives.
