Choose the content space
Open Content Manager and select a knowledgebase, category, status, or content type to narrow the list. Editors manage articles, categories, and Guided Journeys; Owners and Admins can also manage knowledgebases.
Work efficiently
Use search for titles, summaries, tags, and known content names.
Use Assigned to me to focus on your editorial responsibility.
Open My Work for drafts, requested reviews, due items, and recent activity.
Use bulk actions only after checking the selected knowledgebase and status.
Use Create to start an article, category, knowledgebase, Guided Journey, learning tool, rollout, import, or assisted draft. Beetl shows only tools your role may use.
