Use Overview for recent drafts and next actions, Learning library for journeys and tools, Delivery for rollouts, and Responses for submitted work. Delivery is limited to Owners and Admins. In Journey Studio use Build, Publish, Deliver, and Results.
Role boundaries
Editors, Admins, and Owners can author learning tools. Editors can publish assessments and forms. An Owner or Admin approves and publishes Guided Journeys, creates rollouts, and reviews organisation-wide learning effectiveness.
Begin with what a learner should be able to do, then choose the smallest set of approved knowledge and activities that proves the outcome.
