Write for one outcome
Put the expected outcome in the summary and use the Reader's language in the title.
Use heading levels in order, numbered lists for sequences, and descriptive link text.
Explain prerequisites and expected results before Readers need them.
Use formal Learning Studio tools when a response or evidence must be tracked.
Add media
Upload a supported file or choose an approved item from Media Library.
Add alternative text that communicates the useful information in an image.
Add a caption when context, source, or timing matters.
Use the image editor for text, arrows, boxes, highlights, drawing, or cropping while retaining the managed original.
Preview the article before publishing.
Never upload secrets, credentials, private customer data, or executable content. Reuse existing approved assets instead of creating duplicates.
