Before you begin
Owner or Admin with LRS delivery enabled, an approved HTTPS LRS endpoint, credentials, and a plan for matching learner identities.
1. Save a draft connection
Open Settings → Integrations → Manage data exchange.
On LRS delivery, enter Connection name and the LRS xAPI base URL. The endpoint must use HTTPS on port 443.
Choose Bearer token or Basic authentication. Supply the token or password, and the username for Basic.
Choose Save encrypted draft. Credentials are stored server-side and are not shown again.
2. Verify and activate
Review Identity matching preview and provide the required mapping. Use Verify mapping to check the learner identity.
Once the mapping is verified, choose Approve and activate for the intended connection.
Review Recent delivery events and reconciliation results. Pause the connection if you need to investigate delivery problems.
Check your result
The configured integration can deliver supported learning events against verified learner identities.
If something goes wrong
Activation unavailable: verify the identity mapping and check subscription availability.
Failed events: inspect the delivery result, credentials, endpoint, and reconciliation before retrying.
