Before you begin
Owner or Admin. Publish the journey, confirm its audience, and prepare the intended people or groups.
1. Prepare the rollout
Open Learning Studio → Delivery to create a rollout for a published journey. Journey Studio’s Deliver tab also links delivery options; publishing alone does not assign learners.
Choose the published journey and the intended people or groups.
Set the timing and available assignment options, then preview the recipients.
Review excluded or blocked recipients. The preview checks their access; membership of a selected group alone is not enough.
Confirm the rollout only when the preview matches your intended audience.
2. Follow progress
Open Learning Studio → Delivery to inspect active, overdue, completed, and blocked rollouts.
Open a rollout to review individual enrolments and the reason for any blocked state.
Use the available Extend, Exempt, Cancel, or Reactivate action only after checking the learner’s situation.
Review journey Results alongside assessment outcomes and pending evidence reviews before interpreting the completion totals.
Check your result
The intended learners have assignments, and an Admin can monitor progress and act on exceptions.
If something goes wrong
Person excluded: check their Reader access to the journey and underlying knowledgebase.
Learner has submitted everything but remains incomplete: inspect required activities, scores, and pending reviewer decisions.
Revised journey: check which published revision the existing assignment uses before expecting learners to see changes.
