Build the draft
Open Learning Studio and choose Guided journey.
Define the audience, intended outcome, experience level, context, and maximum time.
Build manually or use AI discovery to prepare editable recommendations from published articles.
Add and order the published articles a learner needs.
Mark essential content Required and supporting depth Optional.
Add rationales, prerequisites, and learning activities where they support the outcome.
Resolve or record content gaps, then preview the Reader experience.
Approve and publish
An Editor can prepare and revise the draft. An Owner or Admin must approve the exact revision and publish the Guided Journey. If the revision changes after approval, it must be approved again.
After launch, inspect starts, completion, stopping points, assessment outcomes, and overdue work. Create a new revision when the sequence changes.
