Invite a member
Open Settings, then People & Access.
Select Invite person and enter the member's email address.
Choose Admin, Editor, or Reader according to the work they need to perform.
For a scoped Reader, select only the permitted knowledgebases or articles.
Send the invitation and check its pending status.
Important role rules
Only an Owner can invite, promote, change, or remove another Owner.
The last Owner cannot leave or be removed.
Editors can publish articles directly; they do not need an Admin role to publish knowledge.
Review access regularly, remove inactive memberships, and test scoped Reader access with a separate account.
