Use Beetl only with lawful authority and for the agreed business purposes. Account users must be at least 18; customers must not provision minors or knowingly place children's personal information in the service. Self-declaration is not verified age. A report of underage use receives restricted-access and privacy review, with deletion or lawful preservation as appropriate.

Do not upload, publish or import material without the necessary rights and permissions; infringe privacy, confidentiality or intellectual property; harass or discriminate unlawfully; distribute malicious software; evade takedowns; scrape private sources without authority; defeat limits or security controls; impersonate another person; or access another tenant. Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly without exploiting customer data or disrupting service.

Unless a separately approved contract and verified safeguards expressly permit it, do not submit special-category/special personal information, criminal records, health or biometric records, financial-account/payment-card information, passwords/API keys or other authentication secrets, export-controlled material, children's information, or records intended for regulated high-impact determinations. Ordinary adult staff names, work contacts and learning completion records are within the proposed scope, subject to employment/privacy obligations; evidence uploads must not smuggle excluded data into it. Beetl is not a HIPAA, bank-regulatory or school-record service by default.

Customers must review learning/AI outputs and maintain necessary human oversight. Do not use Beetl as the sole decision maker for hiring, dismissal, credit, insurance, healthcare or similarly significant individual outcomes. A completion certificate records the configured learning event, not an independent accreditation or guarantee of competence. Public knowledgebase publication must be intentional and authorised.

Beetl applies proportionate restrictions under the Terms, provides reasons and a review opportunity where lawful, and restores access when justified.
