Before you begin
Editor, Admin, or Owner. Write a statement that a learner can reasonably confirm after reading the related content. For formal learner completion, add the published tool to an assigned Guided Journey. Supported embedded article tools can collect separate optional responses; direct standalone pages are unsaved previews.
1. Write the statement
Open Learning Studio → Acknowledgement. Enter Acknowledgement name, Short summary, Knowledgebase, and the exact Statement to acknowledge.
Continue to Confirmation and check the action the person will take.
In Completion record, review what Beetl records: the logged-in learner, exact statement version, date and time, and acknowledged outcome.
2. Publish and place it
Choose the placement, review the configuration, and save the draft.
Publish it from Learning library and add it to a Guided Journey for tracked learner completion. A supported reusable acknowledgement in an eligible public article can instead collect a separate response with entered identity and explicit consent; a simple inline acknowledgement only keeps local page state.
Publish and assign the journey, complete the acknowledgement from the signed-in Reader assignment, and verify the recorded result.
When the statement changes, review and publish the new version. Do not treat a previous confirmation as evidence that the person accepted different wording.
Check your result
A signed-in learner can acknowledge the published statement, with the exact version recorded.
If something goes wrong
Learner prompted to sign in: identity is required for the accountable completion record.
Changed wording not visible: check the published version and the containing content’s publication state.
