Before you begin
Use an email address you can verify. If a teammate invited you, keep their invitation: joining that workspace is different from creating a new company workspace.
1. Choose the right starting point
If you received an invitation, open its link and use the invited email address. Follow the invitation steps rather than creating a second workspace.
For a new company workspace, open Sign up from the Beetl sign-in page. Enter your own details and choose your password. Read the current terms and privacy information and make any required age declaration yourself.
Complete the email-verification instructions. Keep verification and recovery links private. If the email does not arrive, check spam and confirm you entered the correct address.
2. Create the company workspace
Sign in and open the workspace area. An account with no workspace memberships sees Create your first workspace.
Enter a recognisable company or team name, between 2 and 100 characters, and choose Create workspace.
If Beetl opens an existing workspace or shows a workspace chooser instead, check whether you already belong to the company. Ask its Owner before creating a duplicate.
3. Build a useful starting point
Create your first knowledgebase and choose its intended audience before publishing content.
Write one useful article or import a small sample, check the draft and publish deliberately.
Invite a small pilot team with the minimum roles they need, then follow the administrator first-day checklist.
Check your result
You can open the intended company workspace and begin its first knowledgebase. An accepted invitation should put you in the existing company, not a duplicate workspace.
If something goes wrong
Invitation opens the wrong account: check the signed-in email before continuing. Ask the inviting Admin to correct or resend an invitation addressed incorrectly.
Verification link expired: follow the current verification or resend instructions. Never send the link to support.
Workspace creation is rejected: check the name and the displayed access or plan message. Give support the error text and time, without credentials.
