Before you begin
Owner or Admin. Your subscription and the provider’s setup in this Beetl environment determine which connections are available.
Choose the connection that matches your goal
Open Settings → Integrations → Knowledge sources and choose a service. Google Drive and Confluence use guided imports: Connect, choose sources, Preview, Import drafts, then Review. Availability depends on provider setup and subscription. Notion, SharePoint, and OneDrive may show Coming soon; use View setup guide or Import exported files rather than expecting an active connection. API and MCP manage scoped application and AI-tool connections. Webhooks notify external systems about supported events. Manage data exchange opens LRS delivery.
Connecting to another database
Beetl does not currently expose a general PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or arbitrary database connector in this interface. If your knowledge lives in a database, export suitable content to a supported article/document import format, or have your technical team design an integration around the supported API. The API and MCP can read knowledge, create or edit draft articles, archive or restore articles, and retrieve learning results when the corresponding permissions are granted. They cannot publish or permanently delete articles.
Before any import
Create or choose the destination knowledgebase.
Check the selected service. If it shows Coming soon or provider setup is required, use Import exported files or contact Beetl support before planning a live connection.
Select only the folders, libraries, spaces, or pages you need; preview the source and its permission warnings.
Import a small pilot batch, review the resulting drafts, then publish only content appropriate for the destination audience.
Check your result
You have a supported connection route and a small, reviewable migration plan.
If something goes wrong
A provider being listed does not mean it is enabled for your account or environment.
A Connect action starts setup; it does not prove provider consent, source access, or a successful import. Complete a small pilot and inspect the restricted drafts.
GitHub, GitLab, and Zendesk are not customer-ready connectors in the current interface.
A source’s permissions are not a substitute for reviewing the imported article’s Beetl audience.
