Choose the destination knowledgebase before authorising the provider.
Select only the folders, sites, spaces, or documents needed.
Preview supported content and permission warnings.
Run the sync and review every imported restricted draft before publication.
Pause, resume, reconcile, or disconnect a connector when its source or permission state changes. Credentials remain on the server.
Use the read-only API
Owners and Admins can create API keys that retrieve published knowledge only. Store the secret when shown, set an expiry where practical, inspect last use, and revoke unused keys. API access never exposes drafts or allows content changes.
